Grip-n-Strip Ejection Rubber Adhesive

 

 Grip-n-Strip is the latest addition to Bar-Plate's diemaking and diecutting supply line. A water-based, non-flammable adhesive, Grip-n-Strip sets quickly and holds die ejection material securely to the wood dieboard surface.When it's time to re-rubber or re-knife, Grip-n-Strip strips away cleanly and leaves no residue to scrape or sandpaper away.This makes re-knifing dies and replacing ejection material much faster and easier. Grip-n-Strip comes in easy-to-use one-gallon plastic containers.

 

Super Set I, II, I II and Super Set Gel
 

Cyanoacrylate Adhesive (Super Glue) can be used on flat or rotary dies. Ideal for use on Euro Rubber, Gum Rubber or any rubber having a smooth nonporous surface, like the majority of Profile Rubber. Specially-formulated to work with industry products.Available in 1 ounce and 1 pound applicator bottles.

Super Set I: High Viscosity; 15-40 second cure time; 3,000 to 3,700 p.s.i. shear strength.

Super Set II: Low Viscosity; 0 - 5 second cure time; 3000 to 4500 p.s.i. shear strength.

Super Set III: Low Viscosity; 0 - 5 second cure time; 3000 to 4500 p.s.i. shear strength. Super Set Gel:Very High Viscosity; 5 - 20 second cure time; 3000 to 4587 p.s.i. shear strength.
