Adjusto Guides

The simplicity of Bar-Plate's Adjustable Diecutting Guide has made it one of our most popular and long-term products. The 2" x 2" steel-plated Adjusto Guide is both rugged and easy to use. Typically held in place by Bar-Plate's Double-Coated Tape, the Adjusto Guide allows you to achieve print-to-cut register on many types of presses quickly and easily. It can accommodate material thicknesses up to 1/2", and registration adjustments as fine as .001" and as great as 1" can be made simply by loosening and tightening the two nuts.

Unlike so many of the makeshift guides on the market today, Bar-Plate's Adjusto Guide does not require lifting or improvising to make adjustments and, therefore, reduces material waste as faster and less frequent adjustments are made.  The Adjusto Guide is available individually or as a set of three Guides with a 2" x 72-yard roll of Double-Coated Tape.
