STEEL DIECUTTING PLATES

Bar-Plate manufactures and often stocks Plates for BOBST,® BRAUSSE, C&P, CHAMPLAIN, CONDES, CONSOLIDATED, CROSLAND, HEIDELBERG, IMPERIA, KEMPSMITH, KLUGE, MERCURY, PRECO, S&S, SCHWABE, STANDARD, THOMSON- NATIONAL, WUPA and ZERAND.

H.T.G.P. Steel Die Cutting Plate 1 All of our H.T.G.P. Cutting Plates are manufactured from American-made high-carbon steel, which is hardened, tempered, ground and polished. Our standard hardness is 47-52 RC. Our Plates are available in all sizes for all presses in thicknesses from 1/16” to 1/2”.

H.T.G.P. Steel Die Cutting Plate 2 Bar-Plate has complete facilities to machine your Plate to exacting specifications. Quality control is strict. All Plates are inspected for hardness, flatness, parallelism, size and machining prior to shipment. Our large inventory of stock Plates means we can ship many orders the same day we receive them. Non-stock Plates require about five weeks to complete.
